A group made presentation that talks about some ethics in engineering and a specific case study that we were given.  My groups was about the Citicorp Tower.  Its design was made to fit around a church, but doing so made it susceptible to diagonal winds and dangerous to be kept standing without a proper fix.  The fix was done without telling the public and that made the situation worse by hurting the public image of the architect of the building.
